Founded in 1993 by Phyllis Bear of Country Heart
Promotions, The Medford Armory Show offers collectors
an outstanding selection of quality antiques and
collectibles by dealers from five states, including turn-of-
the-century oak and walnut furnishings, kitchen and
country primitives, Victorian colored and art glass,
American art pottery, sterling silver and silverplate flatware
and hollowware, estate and costume jewelery, watches, fine
porcelains and china, toys and dolls, American folk art,
paper collectibles (including prints, maps, magazines and
books), quilts, clothing and textiles, and slot machines and
gambling related items.  Special services will include doll
appraisals by Nancy Korsak of Nurse Nancy’s Doll
Hospital, Spokane, Washington.  The largest event center
in Medford, the Armory is the perfect setting for this
popular show.

The Medford Armory Show benefits an important local
charity, Dogs For the Deaf. Dogs For The Deaf rescues
dogs from shelters along with helping people with deafness
and other physical and mental challenges. Volunteers from
the organization will be present at the Show, giving
demonstrations and providing information on their unique
and important service to dogs and the disabled
community.

Twin Bridges Antique Productions, promoters of quality
events since 1982, was asked by Mrs. Bear to take over
promotion of the Medord Armory Show in 2008. “We are
honored to continue promotion of this quality event and to
benefit Dogs For The Deaf, a most deserving service
organization”, says Carole Berry, Promoter.
